Return policy
At SCFUDI, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the process for returning and exchanging items from your order.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unworn and Unused: The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
Original Tags: All original product tags and labels must be attached.
Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging.
Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Please note, for hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Women's Bras
Women's Sandals (if the sole has been in contact with the ground)
2. Initiating a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at feedback@scfudi.com within the 30-day window. Please provide your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
Receive Instructions: We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns shipped without an RMA number may not be accepted.
Ship Your Return: Carefully package the eligible item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
3. Return & Exchange Options
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
Exchanges: We will gladly exchange the item for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Refunds: For returns (non-exchanges), once the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please see our separate Terms of Service for details on the refund process.
4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. This charge will be handled directly with the shipping carrier when you send the package back to us.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Aside from the specified final sale items, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, worn, or missing tags.
Items that have been washed or altered.
Items received after the 30-day return period has ended.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in ensuring your order is perfect. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at feedback@scfudi.com with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
